THE WHY? Since assuming her role last year, Jackson has driven sales
growth by enabling collaboration and partnership with the Divisions Sales,
Marketing, Product and Care teams, responding quickly to emerging needs,
fostering Sales innovation, and driving omnichannel strategy. She's also
raising the bar on Comcast's Internet Essentials program and, by extension,
the Affordable Connectivity Program that offers long-term financial assistance
to qualified households toward internet service. Outside the office, Jackson
serves on the board of City Year, an anti-racist organization, and is an executive
advisor on the WICT Board Philly Chapter.

in partnership with Comcast on " digital navigators, " who are trusted, credible
individuals in local communities who help tackle digital skills and digital
literacy gaps.
