to reach bilingual Hispanics
consuming sports content across

to three important milestones in
ESPN's efforts-sweeping the three
Spanish-language categories of the
2021 Sports Emmys, the creation
of ESPN+ Más and company-wide
content offerings for Hispanic LatinX
Heritage Month. Rolón also serves as
an advisor to ESPN's senior leadership
team on matters of representation.

job opportunities to women and professionals

of Comcast NBCU.

Spanish-language call centers and ensures Charter hires bilingual sales
representatives. He's talked about his journey as a Hispanic leader with fellow
employees and is involved in Spectrum Scholars, Charter's workforce development
and college scholarship program for underrepresented students with
financial needs.
