Wax is one proud parent, as she should be.
Sprout celebrates its 10th birthday next year,
and under her guidance the preschool network
has grown by leaps and bounds. Wax always
wanted Sprout to be steeped in originals,
and each year she has made well-calculated
decisions to make that a reality, both in linear
and digital platforms. New originals include
Scholastic co-production " Astroblast, " which
premieres this summer, and upcoming spinoff
to the popular " The Good Night Show. " Now,
under full ownership by NBCU, the network also
has a very large home to call its own. Look for

is always a work-around.
Teamwork and persistence are trademarks of
Entertainment Studios' Allen and Arouh. Not only
is Allen's bold vision for the networks reflected in
increased integrated marketing and ad sales
muscle, particularly now that Wax and company
are moving on up from Philly to 30 Rock to join
the extended family this summer.
I watch the majority of programming on this
device: Living room TV of course! So much better
for family viewing with the kids and my two dogs.
The biggest innovation in cable over the last
year: Xfinity's X1 platform-totally changes the
way viewers find shows and networks.
TV show I'd most like to have a cameo in:
I'd love to make an appearance in " Veep " (would
very happy to hold Julia Louis-Dreyfus' purse if
needed).
Alec Baldwin... NY or LA? New York, of course!
Will be much easier for us to hang out when
Sprout moves to 30 Rock at the end of the summer.
Favorite
TV show as a kid? It's a toss up
between " Gilligan's Island " and " The Partridge
their programming slates, it also fueled sales and
marketing efforts that led to significant carriage
deals for all six of ESN's high-definition nets. In
2013 Arouh focused on building ESN's distribution
momentum by securing affiliate distribution
agreements and multiyear affiliation agreements.
She was the co-architect of Entertainment
Studios' SVOD YouTube Paid Channels, which she
also oversees.
