Bergman and Miron are continually
opening new doors for their company
and its customers-and 2012 was
no exception. From its selection as
the official telecom provider for the
Republican Convention in Tampa on
the merits of its digital network to a
sealed deal to carry NFL Network and
NFL RedZone channel, and launch of
a new on-screen guide in September,
the duo are firing on all technology
and programming cylinders. This year,
they demonstrated some creative
marketing prowess, teaming with Verizon
to co-market shared telephony,
video and data packages.

Best Advice in 7 Words or Less: When you make a plan, stick to it.
Why Them? It's been a good year for Disney. At the conclusion of
summer 2012, Disney Channel ranked No. 1 in the kids 2-11 demo for
the first time ever-and it beat the competition by a mile. For the fourth
consecutive summer it topped the kids 6-11 demo and swept tweens
9-14 for the past seven summers. This year Marsh upped the ante
with the launch of 24/7 Disney Junior, the home of the hugely popular
" Jake and the Never Land Pirates, " which helped the net post its
seventh straight quarter as No. 1 in cable for boys 2-5. Add the suite of
WatchDisney products to the mix, and that keeps distribution ace Pyne
a busy man. The significant expansion of ABC's VOD product into pay
TV households and oversight of DATG's ever-growing authentication
services are among his many accomplishments.
