1. TRACY DOLGIN
President/CEO, YES Network
RAY HOPKINS
COO, YES Network
operations in 39 states and the
District of Columbia. That puts
them in charge of $37.2 billion
in revenue, which represented
65% of Comcast's consolidated
revenue in 2011. Last year,
Comcast added a combined 1.4
million video, high-speed Internet
and voice customers, an 11%
increase in net customer additions,
and retained its position as
leader in video and high-speed
Internet.
Even before Fox came calling
in Nov, Hopkins and Dolgin had
already been hitting home runs
with a trio of new Yankeesthemed
series: " Yankees Baseball
Daily, " " Yankees Access " and
" Spring Training Report. " " Game
Connect " also debuted on
YESNetwork.com. Dolgin and
Hopkins' 2012 accomplishments
don't end there. The duo renewed
carriage deals with DirecTV
and other affiliates without the
expected acrimony. In 2013,
expect more exploration in the
digital frontier.
2. BILL CONNORS
Division President, Northeast
Division, Comcast Cable
3. CAROL HEVEY
EVP, East Region
Time Warner Cable
5. AMY SMITH
Regional SVP, Florida Region,
Comcast Cable
Best Advice: Teamwork is the
key to success!
Hevey is responsible for a region
that serves almost 6 million TWC
subscribers with video, highspeed
data, phone and wireless
services. Lording over the TWC's
East Region, from South Carolina
to Maine, she remains a big
time player, vital in the dramatic
restructuring of the regional division.
Her influence has made
TWC more efficient and flexible
operating machine, capable of
adapting to competitive shifts.
4. LEANN TALBOT
Regional SVP, Freedom
Region, Comcast Cable
Best Advice: A leader never has
a bad day.
KEVIN CASEY
Division President, Central
Division, Comcast Cable
Smith, who recently transitioned
from Comcast's Freedom Region
to the Florida Region, has worked
hard to enable and encourage
standardization across the Comcast's
Florida operations in order
to deliver a superior employee
and customer experience. She's
also a big proponent of community
service. This year, her team
coordinated 20 Comcast Cares
events from the Panhandle all
the way down to Key West, with
a focus on revitalizing schools for
thousands of children.
6. STEVE RAAB
President, SNY
Best Advice: Plan the work, work
the plan.
MSG Plus combine to produce
more than 700 live events and
more than 400 live professional
games of the Knicks, Rangers,
Devils, Islanders, Sabres, Red
Bulls and Liberty. However, Bair
knows there's more to life than
sports. He has overseen the unprecedented
growth and financial
performance of the Media group.
He led the expansion of MSG
Network into entertainment, and
oversaw the rebranding of FSN
New York to MSG.
8. TOM
COUGHLIN
Regional SVP, Beltway Region
Comcast Cable
Best Advice: It really, really is all
about people.
STEVE WHITE
Division President, West
Division, Comcast Cable
Collectively, the division presidents

Philadelphia, New Jersey and
northern Delaware markets, has
been busy with the Xfinity Home
launch and is now working on
digital access initiative Internet

opened the first Xfinity Store, in
Langhorne, PA, a 2,300-squarefoot
center where customers can
explore and interact with the latest
Xfinity products and services and
pay their Comcast bills. Customer
service is clearly top of mind.

Raab knows it's not all about
men's sports. While the mighty
SNY is home to the New York
Mets, Jets and Big East Conference,
Raab made headlines in
2012 by entering into a four-year
partnership with the UConn
women's basketball team, the
highest-rated sports team in the
state of Connecticut. He also
created an event in which SNY
would decide the Mets All Time
Team and unveil it in front of a live
audience. The event sold out in
less than a week. Well played.
7. MICHAEL BAIR
President, MSG Media
Coughlin wastes no time. Assuming
the post of SVP of the Beltway
Region just last year, he has
worked to quickly unify, organize
and motivate a largely new senior
leadership team. Coughlin wants
to bring Internet Essentials to
thousands of students and their
families across the region. And in
arguably one of the most challenging
and visible regions, Coughlin
has successfully led the company
during one of the most critical
periods in its history: the review
and closure of the NBCU deal.
9. BILL GOETZ
EVP, Operations, West Region
Time Warner Cable
Best Advice: Always look
forward, forward, forward.
Henninger sings " Don't Worry, Be
Happy " in the shower, and he uses
that supportive management style
to empower his 7,000 employees
in the California Region. Henninger
launched the Xfinity Home
security and home automation
service, deployed Comcast's
Internet Essentials broadband
adoption initiative in California,
and upgraded the broadband
network in San Mateo's downtown
underground utility district and the
Sonora foothills. He also hired the
first woman to oversee Comcast
operations for the Silicon Valley
and San Francisco. Well done!
11. JOHN KEIB
President, Residential
Services, West Region

acquisitions and a companywide
rebranding of Time Warner Cable
as a major residential broadband
provider has Goetz in control of an
ever-expanding empire.
10. CURT
HENNINGER
SVP, California Region
Comcast Cable
Best Advice: Never stop
learning.
MIKE MUNLEY
President, Residential
Services, East Region
Time Warner Cable
Best Advice: Make sure you
enjoy what you're doing.
Every year, MSG Network and
