Why Them? As a duo, Hildenbrand and Kanouff are new to the 100, but they're hardly
unfamiliar faces. A fixture at Cablevision and Rainbow for nearly 40 years, Vanguard awardee
Hildenbrand joined Cablevision in 1976 as chief engineer of its Long Island system and most
recently served as engineering and technology EVP, where he oversaw the technology behind
Cablevision's Optimum-branded platform. Kanouff, meanwhile, has been one of cable's most
articulate tech voices. She started 2012 as president of SeaChange and joined Cablevision in
mid-March to focus on developing consumer-facing technologies and reporting to Hildenbrand.
With Cablevision's bill for Hurricane Sandy expected to exceed the $16 million it shelled out for
Irene, the company is fortunate to have Hildenbrand and Kanouff minding the tech store.

Why Him? Since its dramatic rebranding, truTV has seen ratings rise and its average primetime
age plummet to a sweet-spot 36, down five years from 2011. As the mastermind behind
this move, Juris turned the station from the destination for " Cops " repeats to a rich source
of original " real-life " programming. Younger audiences have noticed and taken to shows like
" Impractical Jokers " to the tune of 2.1 million viewers. Juris plans to continue building off
that success by premiering additional comedy programming, such as " Killer Karaoke " starring
" Jackass " wildman Steve-O.

affiliate growth across all analog and digital platforms.
Among Rose's recent impressive stats are
the exclusive distribution teaming with the new
Time Warner Cable SportsNet in California.

This incident from my youth taught me an
important lesson. What was the incident
and the lesson? During a tennis match in high
school, following a missed point, while standing
near the fence behind the base line, I tossed my
racquet in the air. It literally landed high above
me-in a tree branch. It was all downhill that day
from there. Totally embarrassing. Lesson: stay
composed in battle.
