with an issue they want it fixed quickly, so the
Heartland division focused on improving client
concerns, and success rates increased by
5.6%. The exec has spent the last 12 months
committing to technological innovation, launching
1 Gig service over its existing network
that used DOCSIS 3.1. Collins also launched a
multiyear partnership with Olympia to provide
multi-terabit network capabilities and added
160 new front line employees in Michigan.

During the last year, Conrad has tackled the challenge
of restoring service in light of the devastation of Hurricane
Maria. He's not only kept everyone employed
during this rebuilding period, but he's also partaking in
the Cable Center's Intrapreneurship Academy, which
mentors 19 up-and-coming cable execs in early to
mid-career levels on how to move up the ranks.

Comcast innovations such as Xfinity Stream and
Xfinity WiFi provide customers with remote access to
products, but first the customers have to get familiar
with the offerings. To that end, Crowley's overseeing
the opening of a local Xfinity store that will allow customers
to test drive products in person. He knows
that being present can make all the difference; a
lifelong Boston sports fan, Crowley became a Chicago
Cubs supporter last year just in time to see the
underdog baseball team win the World Series.

seafood and an ocean view.
