Under the purview of these four leaders, Blue
Ridge Cable continues to raise the bar on
its customer offerings. Last year, Blue Ridge
expanded its OTT devices to video subscribers
in order to allow customers to have a
superior entertainment experience. The
company also streamlined its multi-market
VOD content workflow in light of its move to
the SeaChange AssetFlow content management
system. When Pencor opened an ice
cream shop in 2011, it opted to name the
establishment " Claude's Creamery " after the
company's founder Claude Reinhard.

The days of RCN and Grande
being " mere " competitors
to the big MSOs are gone thanks to the triple
threat of Gdovin, Holanda and Simmons. Among
their achievements has been the acquisition of
Wave Broadband, making RCN Grande one of
the largest independent MSOs in the country.
The company has continued the fight for video
fairness by challenging key content and vertical
merges, including AT&T/Time Warner.

Jennings' region was recognized as the top performer
in Comcast's West Division. The opening of a northern
Colorado support center, creating 600 positions in the
process, was just the beginning; Jennings plans to
oversee the opening of several new Xfinity retail store.
