an equity infusion from Verizon via the telco's acquisition
of a 24.5 percent stake. And while plans recently
shifted away from Verizon launching AwesomenessTV
as a premium mobile brand under its Go90 video

on content development and production for Go90. " We

spokesman for TiVo, has defi ned and launched innovative

mobile and online experiences including scheduling,
co-viewing and media management. He also acts as
the product strategist, collaborating with the corporate
development team to identify and acquire additional
companies that help TiVo enhance its platform and
