Conrad Clemson
SVP/GM, SERVICE PROVIDER
VIDEO SOFTWARE &
SOLUTIONS
CISCO
Clemson runs Cisco's Service Provider
Video Software and Solutions
group, leading a global team dedicated to delivering
cloud-based video offerings. His typical day involves
collaborating with product managers and engineers
around the world to shape the development and strategy
of Cisco's video platform, which spans content
protection, headend and client software, streaming and

what needs to happen to move the needle on monetization:
" Consumer behavior analytics, interactivity, and
integrated personalization. "
David Cole
CEO
NEXTVR
Cole co-founded NextVR in 2009, long
before many of us could envision a
world in which NBA games and the US
Open would be presented in virtual reality.
Virtually every VR experience out there counts NextVR
as a partner, with the company boasting that it has built
the only platform that can deliver live events in VR with
the energy and passion of a truly immersive experience.
Fox Sports, NBC Sports, CNN and Turner Sports are
among the companies working with NextVR, which Fast
Company recently recognized as one of its Most Innovative
Companies of 2017. Cole holds seven patents and
co-authored almost 30 pending patents in the VR space.
His accomplishments include developing the fi rst consumer
stereoscopic 3D shutter glasses while at Kodak.
Todd Collart
PRESIDENT, DELUXE GLOBAL
DELIVERY OPERATIONS
DELUXE ENTERTAINMENT
A self-proclaimed combination of " the
ultimate geek and a business collaborator, "
Collart is also one of the industry's
best kept secrets. Prior to his tenure at Deluxe, the
venerated company only operated in Hollywood. Under
his leadership, it has expanded into the cable and digital
spaces, and now is entering into virtual reality and HDR
broadcast delivery solutions. Seeing the digitally distributed
future, Collart is also focused on the creation of new
windows and security policies to coax large studios into
releasing content more rapidly to their MVPD distributors.

Jennifer Cotter
EVP, TELEVISION, CONTENT &
PROGRAMMING
HSN
" My number one priority is ensuring
that we deliver customer-engaging
content, seamlessly, across multiple
channels of distribution, " says Cotter. " We are focused
on accelerating our content creation efforts and building
strategic partnerships within HSN's 10 channels of
distribution. " The cross-platform expert has been running
with this philosophy, with successes including the
signature HSN Live concert series, fi xed programming
for HSN such as " The Beauty Report " and HSN Today,
and the company's fi rst turnkey studio space, The Loft,
dedicated to creating digital-fi rst video content. Look
for more platform-agnostic, audience-centric solutions
from Cotter in the coming months.
Kelly Day
CHIEF DIGITAL OFFICER
AWESOMENESSTV
With Day helming its digital game plan,
AwesomenessTV continues to evolve
its strategy in an environment where
rapid change is the norm. The youthfocused
digital media company is poised to receive
an equity infusion from Verizon via the telco's acquisition
of a 24.5 percent stake. And while plans recently
shifted away from Verizon launching AwesomenessTV
as a premium mobile brand under its Go90 video
service, the companies are now putting renewed focus
on content development and production for Go90. " We
create content for a variety of platforms that live on the
smallest screens, like iPhones, to movie screens, " Day
says. " For us, content comes fi rst then we decide what
the best distribution is to tell that story. "
