Talk about a triple threat. Cohen is one of Comcast's
top officers, who also serves as the company's
Chief Diversity Officer. His broad portfolio
of responsibilities include corporate communications,
legal, administration, government affairs
and community investment. He works closely
with non-profits including the United Way and
Big Brothers Big Sisters. Rudnay acts as communications
counsel to the Chairman and CEO
and other executive team members as she leads
management of the company's brand. She most
recently led the strategic communications activities
around the announcement of the $45 billion
Time Warner Cable acquisition. In just over a
year on the job, Harris aided NBCUniversal in
one of the highest profile legal fights facing the
entertainment industry. Her legal and strategic
guidance was critical in helping broadcasters
win the case against Aereo, which was poised to
greatly affect
the broadcast
business.

I have to go with two: Talking Guide and Voice
Remote. Our Talking Guide has revolutionized the
way people with visual disabilities enjoy television.
And the Voice Remote takes search and discovery
to an entirely new level.

Twitter, Instagram or Snapchat?
Instagram, any day.
What technology will most benefit cable over
the next year? DOCSIS 3.1 is going to change
the speed game for our industry. When deployed,
it will enable us to deliver 1-Gig speeds
and higher to virtually all of our customers.
Favorite vacation spot: My beach house in
Avalon, N.J., or the Amalfi Coast. ■
38. DOUBLE DUTY
Charlie Collier
Title: President & GM, AMC and SundanceTV
Years in Cable: Going on 21 years - so this year
I'll be of age to legally drink at work.
Best Advice in 7 Words or Less: Begin as you
intend to proceed.
Collier has been a major force in making AMC a
ratings powerhouse with groundbreaking, critically
acclaimed original series that have proved
worthy ratings rivals to first-run broadcast programming.
His recent promotion puts him at the
helm of SundanceTV as well, where he inherits a
promising stable of critical darlings like " Rectify "
and " The Red Road. " We can only imagine where Collier will take both
nets in the years ahead. And if his track record is any indication, his
future will include more hits and even bigger ratings.
I watch most programming on this device: I have a two-hour commute
every day, so I spend most of it watching screeners on the train. So the
answer: my iPad with an anti-spoiler NFL-referee-under-the-hood-forreview-like
shield.
