" I usually grab lunch with someone at work, but we
talk about something other than work most of the
time, " she says. " I've worked with many of these
people for years, so it's a chance to have a laugh, get
advice and keep it all in perspective. "

carriage affiliation agreements on behalf of nearly
1K participating members serving 23 million NCTC

career is our canvas and as the artist, it is in own
creative control to make it a masterpiece, " she says.

programs in production, and deliver the two highestrated
series in its history with the launches of " My
Big Redneck Vacation' and " Bayou Billionaires " in
January 2012. " Opportunities for women in this
industry are endless, regardless of your area of
interest, " she says.

Oxygen's consumer marketing, trade marketing,
licensing and partnerships, brand development,
creative services and on-air promotions, Olson
speaks on numerous industry panels. " The good

is reshaping our industry. It is an exciting challenge
to negotiate content deals so that we are embracing
the realities of today as well as the changes the
future will bring. "

Latinos and the 2012 Election. " What does she
love about cable? " The quality of story telling and
