drama surrounding last year's DISH-Cablevision legal
tangle well behind her, Crawford remains committed

in an evolving industry and manages relationships
with DISH's growing Spanish-language partners.

the launch of new CNN programming. Look for her to find

lineup. In her view, Jeff Zucker joining CNN was the
biggest story in cable this year. " It's exciting to be a part
of the organization right now, and to experience the positive
reaction our clients have to his strategy, " she says.

The polar opposite of the
headline-grabbing sparring
matches this year,
Dangar recently has quietly renewed the majority
of her major distribution deals with little fanfare,
securing future carriage for The Weather Channel in
long-term deals. No small feat to gracefully navigate
brutal negotiation landscape, particularly given that
the network is an indie, but this exec is adept at
leveraging longtime relationships. She's working to
roll out more interactive and second screen opportunities
for Weather, including the company's newest
initiative of incubating a new business that leverages
the highly local and ever-changing data set the
network distributes worldwide across every device.
She'd trade places short-term with another of our
honorees: Oprah Winfrey. " I would love to be able

A 16-year veteran of WICT,
Das this year oversaw
the implementation of the
organization's first international
chapter, located
in the U.K. She leads the
PAR Initiative efforts with NAMIC and is responsible for
relocating WICT's HQ from Chantilly, VA-no small task,
as it requires updates to long-standing practices. But we
have a feeling she'll excel, as she does in other operational
matters. " I have always liked putting the pieces
of a puzzle together and figuring out how everything
works, " she says.

Davis brings more than
20 years of experience
to her role, where
she oversees strategic
partnerships related to Comcast's voice and highspeed
Internet services. Those services include
carrier management, emergency services, online
safety and security, and operational compliance with
regulatory and legal requirements. She also oversees
the product management of Internet Essentials,
Comcast's affordable broadband program for lowincome
families. And she's a passionate TV fan. " If I
could swap jobs with anyone for one month, it would
be Adam Levine on NBC's 'The Voice.' I mean, who
wouldn't want be on TV?, " she says.

acclaimed series, DeMontreux
has the Midas
Touch. How else would
you explain the transformation of the " Portlandia " web
series or Marc Maron's podcast into television gold?
On the way for IFC are projects from funnymen Will
Ferrell and Ben Stiller, among others. " From writing to
casting to post-production, it's a magical experience
to see a show pitch come to life and to be a part of
how it takes shape, " DeMontreux says.
