Cine Sony, which features movies and TV series from
Sony's vast catalog dubbed or subtitled in Spanish.
No wonder she says the favorite part of her job is to
" break new ground and look for ways to expand the
reach of the company's new business ventures. "

network's first-ever original TV movie, " Lucky Duck. "
She especially enjoys working with creative teams to
develop new series. " It's when all things are possible
and the best idea wins, " she says.

a non-profit dedicated to supporting and presenting artists
whose work challenges traditional boundaries. If she
could swap jobs with someone for a month, she'd pick

culture puppet-master. In fact, her favorite part of work is
" the people I work with. They inspire me every day and
remind me that I'm not the only complete pop culture
freak. " Kolb oversaw the network's massive brand evolution
across all platforms, including new programming,
a new on-air look and tagline. She also shepherded the
relaunch of the Eonline web site, which now features an
original web-only interview show, and an entirely new
liquid advertising platform that makes ads more dynamic
and impactful. Since relaunch last year, the site has been
hitting its biggest traffic numbers to date.

content and helped cultivate ID's core audience. She
says the best part of her job is the people she works

touches these networks, " she says. " We're all creative,
all passionate, all driven! "

Kroner oversees media, industry

the company message.
This year, her team helped AMC programs garner the
most Emmy nominations in the company's history and
more than any basic cable programming group. To her,
success is " the ability to use your expertise and creativity
to successfully influence and inform key business
decisions and to inspire others to do the same. "

Laulis and her team
oversaw a recent reorganization
that spurred a
virtual call center. Results
included productivity up
by 9%, and customer
calls and truck rolls down 32% and 28%, respectively.

desk, noting, " I don't believe our bodies were meant
for long periods of inactivity. " She adds that it's now
easier to visit with colleagues.

WATCH Disney products
for four of the industry's
top 10 cable operators, including Cablevision, Cox,
Charter and AT&T U-verse. She simultaneously managed

management deliverables for WatchESPN, ESPN3, VOD
and new distribution platforms. LeBas thrives when
facing technical challenges. " I love the thrill of figuring
out how to make content distribution and management
and ad serving work across the ever changing media
business, " she says.

and Verizon Wireless. She previously served as senior
director of business strategy for converged products,
with oversight of business case development, strategic
planning and performance analysis of Comcast's nextgeneration
IP video products and platform. " The best
part of my job is constantly learning new things and
new ways of solving interesting problems, " she says.
Currently, Lee serves on the board of Musicopia and is a
member of the Leadership Council of KIPP Philadelphia.
