fi nally signing on the dotted line for
Univision Deportes. Then there was
the World Cup, which scored record
ratings and was a huge driver for authentication. O'Connor
leads and directs all distribution sales and marketing efforts
for Univision's television networks and stations, with driving
growth across all screens a top priority. Infl uencing and
impacting beyond our everyday roles is how she defi nes success.

than 50 percent of the company's lawyers providing pro bono
legal services to a wide variety of causes. Harris understands
the need to balance professional and personal demands.

With Grossman at the helm, HSN recently
reported adjusted EPS growth
of 19 percent and record customer
levels. And this past year its digital
redesign across online, mobile and
tablets, coupled with additional strategic
partnerships with the likes of Univision, a multi-concert
marketing initiative with The Venetian Las Vegas and a UNICEF
campaign, has propelled further success. " Be passionate

NBCUniversal Cable Entertainment
Dunleavy has collaborated with studio
executives and Hollywood creatives
to expand original content among
NBCU's cable networks by 10 percent.
Her efforts gave Bravo and E!
the fi nancial support to develop their
fi rst original scripted series, " Girlfriends' Guide to Divorce " and
" The Royals, " respectively. When out of the offi ce, Dunleavy
says, " You'll fi nd me doing whatever it is that my daughter
Kaylee and son Chase have chosen for us to do that day...
and doesn't involve a television. "

Comcast Ventures
SVP, Comcast Corp.
Banse has been investing in and
building new companies at Comcast
for more than two decades, including
founding the company's digital
division, Comcast Interactive Media.
She works to strategically leverage the Comcast and NBCU
platforms to support all of these various portfolio companies.
In doing so, Banse and her team developed Comcast's
cross-platform product strategy, which has become a key to
Comcast's success.

That recent 20-year agreement ESPN
signed with the Southeastern Conference
for a new multiplatform network?
That's just the latest move in a 29-year
career driving business strategy and
growth at ESPN for the extremely
adept Driessen. She provides fi nancial counsel during every
rights negotiation, every affi liate negotiation and at every turn.
To boot, Driessen recently was appointed by Disney chief Bob
Iger to sit on the corporation's diversity council representing
ESPN. " My vision of success is knowing that you have made
