recent $98 million acquisition of Kantar's U.S. TV assets
and partnership with Group M " further evidence
of consolidation and the opportunity for a massive and
passive currency for television advertising. "

has negotiated countless renewals along with the
launch/repositioning of about 4 million subs this
year. On top of that, she helped launch GSN's TVE
app and got a big hug from President Obama while
in Kansas City for the Independent Show. A good
year indeed!

female executive at Arris,
leading a team of more
than 40 people worldwide
working on global and regional strategic marketing and
industry relations. Her job blends technology, marketing
and business operations. She is also the fi rst woman at
Arris to hold such a senior management position. She
believes cable needs to do a better job of supporting
women and all minorities. " Teams will be better prepared
to operate and integrate into new markets and better
able to create market differentiators. Diverse groups are
often more creative, provide increased productivity and
overcome challenges more quickly, " she says.

in 2013 and quickly
picked up an Emmy for
Outstanding Multiplatform Storytelling for digital
video series " Top Chef: Last Chance Kitchen. " And
then there's Bravo's fi rst foray into the social commercial
space with #GiggysBFF, a social vignette
which debuted in March during commercial breaks
of " The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. " Hsia says
daily exercise is key to keeping life balance: " Of
course this has the added benefi t of allowing me to
eat enthusiastically for the rest of the day! "
