oversees the network's
diverse slate of original series, from concept through
production. Over the past year, Ronca and her team
have developed more than 30 new projects, including
the new hit series " The Carbonaro Effect " and
the recently launched sketch comedy series " Friends
of the People. " Look for Ronca and her team to
launch even more scripted and unscripted programs,
and possibly even some sports content.

Love, airs in December. A mini-series about the Tulsa
race riots, starring Oscar winner Octavia Spencer, is
also underway. Among the ways Salata measures
