and from work. My favorite tip for unwinding
is to crank my car stereo, open the sun roof
and sing all the way home, " she says.

area of growth for women in cable. " We

through STEM programs, " she says.

more women in hands-on technical roles.

cable, she says.

participants, " she says. Marts has tried a

started her cable career in 1985, working her
way through the ranks as an installer, service
technician, systems tech and digital services
supervisor.
