Her favorite trick for unwinding? " Watching

Simunic has been a
major player in helping
TWC launch more than
50 new features and products. She also created

Carolyn Terry

Time Warner Cable
Terry knows how important
the engineering
fi eld is for women in cable. She is the best
example, having worked her way up from an

have the biggest opportunities for women,
specifi cally in the areas of software design
and systems architecture, " she says.
Donna Thomas

Moving into the digital
media space on the
technology side of the
business is challenging
to say the least. Thomas

considered a digital media expert. Having
held senior executive positions across the
content supply chain, she continues to be on
the cutting edge of offerings such as UltraHD
and High Dynamic Range. Formerly at Technicolor,

Time Warner Cable
The senior executives
depend on Trotter for all
of Time Warner Cable's
video, media and many technology projects.
She has contributed greatly to the success of
TWC, working as part of the Technology and
Program Management departments. While
cable has seen more women execs of late,
there are still opportunities for improvement,
she says. " I believe this is a gap that we will
close-but it will take perseverance. "
