the industry is in fl ux-emerging technologies,
changing viewer habits-Hammer is at the forefront
of the execs who are fi guring out how the business will adapt.
And she continues to succeed. E!, one of the many networks
she oversees, has delivered signifi cant ratings growth across
all key demos in 2Q '15 and is the second-fastest-growing
cable network among the Top 30. How does she unwind? " It's
all about my daily workout, " Hammer says. " Problems seem
to melt away the minute I meet my trainer... he's so tough I
focus simply on survival. "

across all Cox regions this year, she has focused on aggressively

knows Cox's success is a company-wide effort. " Our front

Campbell's dedication to move beyond customer
satisfaction and turn customers into brand ambassadors is

Since taking the reins at A+E Networks
in June 2013, Dubuc has
grown the business domestically and
internationally while advancing the
company's TV Everywhere presence.
Under her watch, the new venture
A+E Studios is thriving and the company now has whollyowned
entities in Italy and Singapore as well as a 10% stake
in Vice Media. Dubuc counts herself fortunate to have had
Abbe Raven as a mentor, " an incredible leader with real
vision and a heart and mind for raising others up. " As such,
she believes it's her responsibility to " pay it forward. "

OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network
Winfrey is happily continuing her
nearly 30-year on-camera relationship
with viewers across OWN's
programming schedule. Whether
as host of " Super Soul Sunday " or
" Oprah's Master Class, " or conducting
one-on-one interviews with prominent newsmakers,
she remains the trusted on-air face, and behind-the-scenes
mastermind, of OWN. OWN's development deal with Tyler
Perry spawned new hit family drama " The Have and the
Have Nots, " and Winfrey remains unafraid to take risks. In
October, the network aired " Belief, " a seven-hour original
series that took fi lmmakers around the world in search of
stories of faith.
5. Rita Tuzon

Tuzon's had a busy and successful
year, spearheading legal challenges
against DISH's Hopper,
Aereo and, more recently, blocking
FilmOn X LLC from infringing on
Fox's copyrighted content. Those
efforts haven't stopped her from focusing on expanding
digital initiatives and content opportunities for the future and
mentoring others, especially young women interested in a
law career. Not surprising for a problem solver like Tuzon,
she fi nds puzzles and games relaxing. They're " terrifi c mental
fl oss; they take just enough of the active mind to allow everything
else to kick into cruise control. "

BET Networks
Lee is winding down yet another
strong year. Under her vision and
leadership, the " 2015 BET Awards "
drew more than 13 million total viewers,
and the third BET Experience at
L.A. LIVE drew 152,500 fans over
the four-day event, a 36 percent increase over 2014. BET
Nets performs well behind the camera, too. The Directors
Guild of America ranked the company as the No. 1 network
for diverse hires. " I am so proud of the work that we do
every day in front of the cameras and behind-the-scenes, "
Lee says. " Our programming team is committed to telling our
stories in an authentic way by making diversity a priority in
every aspect of our production process. "
