As if that isn't enough, this WiFi marketing pioneer and
her team are on track to extend Boingo Broadband to
more than 60 military bases and 300,000-plus potential
customers. Callahan is also focused on launching the
technology internationally, including in Okinawa, Japan.
" As someone who spent 10 years at Time Warner Cable
earlier in my career, it is surreal to see TWC be acquired
by Charter, " she says. " This news was a huge story
both for the industry and for me personally. "

Campbell continues to
raise the level of brand
engagement for QVC customers
across platforms,
leveraging the capabilities of TV, web, mobile, tablet and
social. Last October she led the launch of QVC's app for
Apple TV, and prior to that in April 2015 oversaw the development
and launch of QVC for Apple Watch, allowing
consumers to engage with QVC content via real-time
updates and notifi cations within the Apple Watch app.
Both new businesses are growing. Campbell also
championed QVC's investment in a personalization
strategy across its consumer channels, including her
lead on using personalization via email as a powerful
driver of engagement and repeat business. Also under
her guidance QVC Plus, the company's second channel
in the U.S., is expanding its offering of unique live and
pre-produced programming and now reaches an audience
reach of 58 million.

Cardoso oversees global
public and media relations
initiatives for Showtime
Networks, its multiplex
channels and the network's OTT streaming service,
but her role extends from publicity and media relations
to event coordinating and corporate branding.

new CEO David Nevins via major features and cover
stories. Her efforts have solidifi ed Showtime's reputation
as a top premium cable network. While she says
the majority of cable sectors already refl ect a solid
gender balance, Cardoso adds, " That said, it would be
refreshing to see more women leading major cable
companies. "

Chang responds

demands for programming. She oversees the digital
and physical transactional businesses globally for all
company content, a role that includes the development,
distribution and marketing of an extensive slate of HBO
and Cinemax releases. Chang also has recently been
charged with overseeing digital distribution, including
HBO Now, which launched in 2015 and is distributed
across multiple platforms including Apple, Amazon,
Google, Roku, Xbox. Look for her to continue to develop
new revenue models for the company's transactional
business to meet the demands of the consumer
landscape.

Clemens is a key reason

in the industry. She is on the frontlines of fi nding
and nurturing the talent responsible for FX's series,
giving them support and creative direction that result
in successful programming, ratings and critical acclaim.
Clemens has developed and launched series
including " Baskets, " " Atlanta " and " Better Things. "
She singles out Sarah Paulson's performance as
Marcia Clark in " People v. O.J. Simpson: American
Crime Story " as an example of " the tightrope that is
walked by working mothers. "

digital content and characters for a linear platform
and created a Discovery development arm in London
to source and cultivate content overseas. The biggest
story in cable, according to Contis, is the massive
viewership leading up to the Presidential election.

streaming viewership records, " she says.

her team, she's transforming an established business

com or coordinating the launch of HSN mainstay Joy
Mangano's Miracle Mop with the world premiere of
the feature fi lm based on Mangano's life. Cotter says
the biggest story in cable now is the shift in viewership
behavior. " In HSN's landscape we are both in
the unique position of being at the intersection of
both retail and media, but the opportunity is so great
for us to leverage our content to redefi ne how she
watches content and shops. "
