job Hill has shifted the
global marketing vision
for A+E Networks. She's
growing the visibility of all the brands in the portfolio
and leading the charge on their evolution. She's
also been involved in some of the biggest launches
in company history including launch of Lifetime
as a free-to-air channel in Turkey. In addition, Hill
brought Pulse Films into the A+E Networks fold with
a distribution deal establishing A+E as the worldwide
distributer for unscripted programming and formats
for the studio, and was the creative vision for the
launch of FYI in India. She also has her eye trained
on live programming: " We're getting perspectives
from people who might otherwise have been
ignored, where the cameras wouldn't have usually
gone and it's stretching our point of view. The shift
is signifi cant. "

alike. Look for her to continue to drive the creation
of original digital video content, both exclusively and
in partnership with Mashable. This risk taker says,

this by overseeing brand development, leading
acquisitions of non-live sports programming, such
as documentaries, and working with business development

and vendor relationships for Turner's digital
business. Immele contributed to Turner's new
NBA media rights agreement, which includes the
addition of 12 live regular season games airing on
TNT each year. As a viewer, Immele enjoys Lisa
Ling's series " This is Life. " She says it's " a great
example of someone being their authentic self. "

Under Introcaso-Davis'
stewardship, GSN has
become quite a growth
driver, finishing 2015
as the network's most-watched year ever in
both cable primetime and total day among total
viewers and key demos. Part of that progress
stems from the launch of a new, younger-skewing
original series, " Hellevator, " and the continued
draw of the Rebecca Romijn-hosted " Skin Wars, "
its new spinoff, " Skin Wars: Fresh Paint, " and
the return of " Idiotest, " hosted by comedian Ben
Gleib. Contestants on some GSN's shows might
benefit from the advice Introcaso-Davis said she
would give her 13-year-old self: " Don't worry. Life
just gets better and better. You are actually in the
toughest part! "
