Arment is a key member of the program
management team responsible for tackling
technical information required to support
Charter's acquisition of Time Warner Cable.
Not surprisingly, she lists Charter's acquisition
of TWC as the biggest story of 2016.
She brings not only solid technical, but
also people management, project/program
management and communications skills to
her long list of clients. In 1995, Arment became
the very first recipient of the Women
in Technology Award, presented by WICT,
SCTE and Cablefax.

Bergman is well
regarded in tech circles.
So much so that WICT
decided to name a new fellowship after
her. The Nomi M. Bergman Fellowship is
designed to support career development for
high potential women working for technology
suppliers. The former Bright House
president says the industry has shown
meaningful progress in including women " in
positive images in our content and in leadership
roles with the companies. " According
to Bergman, studies show companies with
more women in upper management achieve
higher profits. " Undoubtedly, our industry
would benefit by treating gender diversity
like the business imperative it is, " she says.
Visteon, a manufacturer of cockpit electronics
and connected car products, clearly
agrees. Bergman was recently elected to the
company's Board.

Ceasar's foresight
and strategy for video
deployment includes complex, cross-company
initiatives and infrastructure projects. Leading
the overall vision, direction and management
of all national video deployment engineering
projects for Comcast's video offerings
and infrastructure, she and her team deploy
thousands of video infrastructure components
and deliver software to millions of set-top
boxes across the Comcast footprint. Her
favorite show? " Madam Secretary " on CBS,
" because it features a strong and smart leader,
who balances her job and family and supports
and develops her team, " she says. A graduate
of the Illinois Institute of Technology, Ceasar is
passionate about getting more girls interested
in engineering. She's a huge supporter of the
FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science
and Technology) Robotics competition.
Linda Dillman

QVC, Inc.
During the past 12
months, Dillman has
succeeded in expanding
and enhancing QVC's
multiplatform capabilities through investments
in new technologies. Under her leadership,
QVC IT played a key role in the launch of QVC's
Apple Watch app and the QVC app for Apple
TV. She's an executive who isn't afraid of
taking risks and exploring new ways of doing
things-which sometimes means making
mistakes. However, making mistakes is a big
part of learning and developing, she says, " as
long as one learns from them and doesn't
repeat them. "

build a network-operations center for AT&T

joined Charter in early 2015 as the MSO was

and WorldBox. The highly respected engineering
exec now leads fi ve verticals and is responsible
for operations in the following areas:
Provisioning, Cloud/Email and Portals, OSS,
Network Security and Data and Implementation
Centers across Charter markets.

The 30-year veteran of
the communications industry
leads Comcast's
technology initiatives across Engineering &
Platform Services, and manages the strategic
roadmap for network, security and infrastructure.
She also oversees technology business
continuity planning and directs the employee
innovation initiative. She is the 2016 Women
in Technology Award winner, presented by
WICT, SCTE/ISBE and Cablefax. Her advice
for up-and-coming women in tech? " Being
technically talented is great, but to get a
technology implemented and executed, you
need to sell the idea. Communication is key
to that success. "
