space. She founded
iBox Systems in 2004,
where she's racked of a list of top-notch

Cox, Samsung and Arris. She's a Jill of all
trades, developing new product strategies,
leading multi-stakeholder integrations and
serving as a technical advisor for early stage
start-ups. Martin was recognized in 2002 with
the Women in Technology Award presented by
WICT, SCTE and Cablefax.
Stephanie Mitchko-Beale

Mitchko-Beale, a
20-year veteran in
the cable industry, is
known for pioneering
transformational products and services. At
Cadent, she provides day-to-day leadership
in the development and execution of strategic
initiatives. She previously served as SVP of
video infrastructure software at Cablevision
(now part of Altice), leading the deployment of
advanced advertising applications such as the
development of linear advanced advertising

applications. She's racked up a number of accolades,
including an Emmy from the National
Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.
Life's not all technical for Mitchko-Beale. She
likes to let her creative juices fl ow by creating
mosaic tile artwork.

Reyna has and will continue
to play a key role
in helping Fox Networks
extend the reach of its digital offerings such
as Fox Sports Go, FXNOW and Nat Geo TV, to
millions of pay TV subscribers. With extensive
digital media experience at Fox and elsewhere,
she has handled high profi le initiatives including
managing Fox Networks Group's participation
in Dyle, the mobile digital TV joint venture
between Fox, NBCUniversal and the broadcast
station groups known as Pearl 9. Her life
before Fox included serving as general counsel
for Ascent Media Group and as a transactional
attorney for Cooley Godward, where she represented
the fi rm's tech and Internet companies
in mergers.

for itaas, a Cognizant
company. She now leads Technology Ventures
and Strategic Customer Business for Cognizant's
ComTech (Communications and Technology)
group. For the remainder of 2016 and

customers in the cable telecom industry
and with strategic technology companies to
bring new innovative services and solutions,
including services designed to enable service
providers to expand their offerings. Look for

and even telemedicine.

With TiVo and Rovi merging
this year, Schmidt is
playing an important role
in " the new TiVo, " bringing together the different
product lines into new experiences aimed
at helping viewers fi nd what they most want to
watch. TiVo is set soon to announce its nextgeneration
user interface designed by Schmidt
and her team. As a huge fan of CW series
" Reign, " she says women featured on the
show such as Queen Elizabeth I and Catherine
de Medici know how to solve their own-and
their countries'-problems. " I think women
are wonderful problem solvers, and I love seeing
that strength emphasized, " she says.

production services, Thomas has honed her
expertise on both the content and technology
sides of the business. Her worlds collided this

the complexities of the cable industry and the
inherent comedy that occurs when you hit
Hollywood Boulevard to get answers to cable's
toughest questions, including " What is OTT?, "
