marks for diversity on the programmer
and service provider side; however,
Henderson says, " The vendor community

Dawn Holliday-Mack

Holliday-Mack
provides critical intel
and insight on the
demographic and
psychographic composition habits and
interests of current and targeted El Rey
viewers. She uses this data to develop
core strategies to help boost awareness,
ratings and engagement. Holliday-Mack
credits her own network's series " From
Dusk Till Dawn and " Lucha Underground "
as examples of programming
that best represents diversity. " I love
shows with diverse casts and relatable
narratives that are accessible to all
demographics, " she says.
John Hsu

Recently promoted
to his new role, Hsu
wasted no time in
Cablefax: The Magazine
getting to work. He has completed the
refi nancing of AMC Networks' $700
million senior subordinated notes and
spearheaded the company's fi rst-ever
stock share buyback. Hsu is an infl uential
member of the leadership team that
has successfully charted the transformation
to a leading content company.
The savvy exec advises keeping an eye
on OTT in the future. " Hulu is now transitioning
from an ad-supported business
to a pure subscription one, " Hsu says.

Kimberly Hulsey

Hulsey has been a particularly
effective advocate
for programmers'
concerns in the ongoing FCC set-top box
proceeding during the last 12 months.
She is developing strategy to increase
her company's profi le and political/regulatory
participation globally, particularly
in view of Scripps' recent acquisition of
media conglomerate TVN. Hulsey is wellknown
and well-regarded in many circles
of the industry, making her an effective
advocate in industry associations. She
was recently elected to the board of her
local chapter of Jack and Jill of America,
an organization devoted to the leadership,
intellectual and social development
of African American children.
Melissa Ingram
VP, Business Affairs &
Channel Operations,
Aspire TV
Ingram was promoted
last December
and now has oversight
of day-to-day
operations, brand and creative for
the network. She leads a team that
will produce more original programming
than Aspire has ever had. By
the end of 2016, the network will
have premiered " Magic in the Making, "
" Mommy Uncensored, " " Comic
Edge, " " ABFF Independent, " " Butter
September 2016
+ Brown, " " The Graduates " and " I
ASPiRE Olympic Hopefuls. " Equally, if
not more, rewarding is her work with
the charity The Links, Incorporated.

Marge Jackson

Jackson has built a
new sales effectiveness
team, and also

strategic call
center sales business plan expected to
transform the customer and employee
experiences. In the last year, call center
sales performance increased Comcast's
market share and subscriber growth
while maintaining positive employee
engagement results. She loves to mentor
women and minorities to help them
fi nd their path up the corporate ladder.
Jackson's presentation on " Breaking
through the Glass Ceiling " and " MJ's
Top 10 " has inspired women and men
alike. She is an active participant and
support of Comcast's Black Professional
Alliance Employee Resource Group.
Quincy Johnson
VP, Strategic Products,
Turner Broadcasting
Johnson is in charge of
product development
and management,
aligning product roadmap
with business and
technology strategies for Turner. He acts
as a bridge between strategy and execution.
Johnson has an expertise in digital
media, digital advertising and analytics
system, and all aspects of the multiplatform
media supply chain from content
production and preparation, digital asset
management, origination to distribution.
With 18-plus years in media technology,
Johnson brings strong leadership skills
with a demonstrated ability to identify
and communicate organizational goals
and align employee resources to successfully
meet those goals.
