May, under the leadership of Martinez,
" SportsCenter " won in the best studio
show category at the Sports Emmys. In
total, the sports network took home nine
statues including " 30 for 30: Of Miracles
and Men. " The former radio and TV host
gives cable a grade of B+ for diversity,
and says the technology that will most
benefi t cable over the next year is
" portable streaming-distribution of
content on mobile devices customized
for the user. "
Dennis Mathew

Product,

Mathew drives the
product strategy for
Xfi nity Home as well
as the deployment
of new products and features. He is
known for his ability to develop strategic
direction, establish market strategies,
work collaboratively across teams
and drive complex change in complex
environments. Mathew is very active
in serving the community and driving
social justice initiatives. He donates time
as a deacon at Seven Mile Road Church
and also serves as an Advisory Board
Member for Bombay Teen Challenge, an
international organization focused on
combatting human traffi cking in India's
red light districts.

Mattocks oversaw

behind-the-camera, which is great, "
she says. " But we've still got a lot more
work to do. "
Karen McClendon

McClendon is responsible
for the region's
human capital operations
including talent
acquisition, employee engagement,
internal communications, training and
development. On the charity front, she
goes above and beyond serving on the
board of a local homeless shelter in
Camden, N.J., where she helps feed
the homeless. Additionally, she is a
regular blood donor and lends her
time to The Ronald McDonald House.
During Comcast Cares Day, McClendon
led a project for her team to
collect school supplies and assemble
curriculum packets for an underserved
elementary school. " Pay it
forward, " she says. " Someone helped
you, let's reach back and do the same
for others. "
Brigitte McCray

McCray brings
more than 20 years
of experience in
the broadcast and
cable TV industry as she leads brand
research for the Travel Channel.
She oversees short- and long-term
program planning and scheduling,
and manages all acquisitions for the
network. Away from work, McCray
supports the organization Urban
Resource Institute. " I started as a
volunteer and worked my way up to
the board and eventually the chairman
of the board of directors, " she says. " I
know I'm making a huge difference in
people's lives. "

Since taking her post
in 2015, Murphy has
been responsible for
leading cross-function
efforts and initiatives to make Comcast's
customer experience the region's
best product. She was instrumental
in launching an employee feedback
portal that encourages two-way communication
between the front line and
senior leadership teams, helping front
line employees share best practices
and process improvement ideas. Her
own appointment TV? ABC's Emmynominated
" Black-ish. " " As a woman
of color, " she says, " I really love this
image of the African American family. It
is fun to watch and see a lot of myself
and my children on the program. "
Amalia O'Sullivan

O'Sullivan leads the
broadband Internet
strategy for Comcast and has been
instrumental in a number of projects
for the company's Xfinity Internet and
Xfinity WiFi businesses. Most significantly,
she managed the ongoing rollout
of Gigabit Pro to millions of homes
across the country since it became
available in late 2015. Throughout
her career, O'Sullivan has mentored a
number of minorities within Comcast
and the Filipino community. Currently,
she is an adviser for two minority
women at Comcast. In this role,
O'Sullivan helps them navigate the
company and the Philadelphia region
by sharing experiences, fostering
potential and offering guidance.
