business is consolidation of
operators and vendors, he
says. " Operators in particular
seem to have much more
leverage over the vendor
community as they continue
to vertically integrate
functions that used to be the
primary domain of vendors.
One upside is there is much
closer collaboration between
operators and vendors on
critical initiatives. "
