Nancy Norton, RN, Award Winning Comedian,
Keynote Speaker and Nurse
Nancy Norton lives in Colorado and balances
comedy, speaking, and workshop engagements
with writing, producing shows, podcasts and
being a single mom to her active teenage son
she adopted in Nepal. Norton tours nationally
headlining clubs, festivals, conferences,
and events. She has traveled internationally
on several USO tours entertaining the troops in
Europe, Asia, Iceland, and the Pacific. Her award winning
work has been recognized as Burbank Comedy Festival's 2021 Best
of the Fest, 2019 Seattle Comedy Competition Champion, 2018
winner at Boston Comedy Festival, and 2016 Grand Slam Champion
Storyteller of Truth Be Told. She has been featured on A&E, Amazon
Prime Video, Nickelodeon, and PBS. Above all, Norton's work is
guided by her mission " To help myself and others transmute pain,
trauma and stress into healing light and laughter. "
The OR Manager of the Year recognizes an exceptional
leader who develops and supports their staff, fosters
teamwork, finds creative solutions to problems, and
continually makes improvements to provide excellent
patient care.
The Ambulatory Nurse Leader of the Year award
honors an outstanding ASC leader who wears many
hats, and takes an active role in setting up and
advancing their outpatient surgery center to deliver high
quality patient care.
The PACU Leader of the Year award honors an
exceptional PACU leader who has made remarkable
contributions to advance post-operative care and
improve quality outcomes for postsurgical patients.
