Knowledge of Position Job Expectations Job Expectations questions appeared to seek information testing the applicant's understanding of specific expectations of the job and how applicants would complete these tasks. Nine codes emerged from the Job Expectations theme, comprising 22.5% (n = 45) of the total questions reviewed.
