People don't want to go to the
doctor or the hospital; they go
because they have to. People
want and need to travel, and
Cutter makes that experience
a more positive one. We build
lasting relationships with our
clientele, and they come back
to us because they know they
will be taken care of and the
experience is a pleasurable one.

What do you enjoy
doing as a family?
I love taking my kids to the
park and having a picnic. Anything
outdoors is always fun. One of our
daily rituals is eating dinner together.
Everyone must put away their
phones, the TV is off and we eat
dinner and talk about everyone's day.

What's a typical
day for you?
I live 45 miles from my job,
so the commute can be lengthy.
Generally when I get into the office,
everything I had planned goes out
the window. My days currently
are focused on restructuring our
department to be more conducive
to what our employees need. I work
very closely with my counterpart,
Jamie Christensen. She has been
with Cutter for eight years, and she
has been my saving grace.
What do you do when
you're not working?
I have a husband, Gregg, who
works for CenturyLink. We have
five children: Cristian, 19; Maya,
17; Baret, 8; and our twin girls,
Kyla and Keira who will be 6 years
old this summer. My world is
consumed by my children. They
are in sports, dance, preparing for
college, love to dance and eat!

Do you have any
hobbies?
I love to crochet and horseback
ride. I also do obstacle course
races such as Spartan, Tough
Mudder and the Warrior Dash.
I learned to crochet about 11
years ago, and it is such a relaxing
hobby and an age-old talent that
is almost forgotten by today's
youth. Horseback riding has
always been a love of mine; I wish
I had more time to do it.
So how would you
describe your first few
weeks at Cutter?
I have never come across a
group of people who work so
enthusiastically as a team and are
as engaged as the people here are.
It's phenomenal. We care about
people and what people think of
us. So many companies today are
just about profit and eliminate
the caring in the process. We
don't just sell a service; we sell a
relationship, and we want longlasting relationships.
A lot of people applied for this
job, and I am thankful that I was
the lucky one. It's a good fit. We
are the oldest continually familyowned and -operated aviation
company in the United States. q
