it's an exciting time to be in
this business," Givens said.
"We try to keep everything
cost effective. We know people
won't be able to fly if it's not
affordable. We want to keep
people flying. We both grew
up flying and sweeping shop
floors from a young age. We
love airplanes. Flying has
been a passion of mine since I
was a kid. I really don't know
anything else." q

A busy day at Southern Air Group brings in a variety of aircraft for maintenance and avionics projects.
Manager Nancy Givens hopes to add Garmin to the service center's growing roster of authorized
dealerships by the end of the year.
