AvionTEq
Van Nuys, California-based AvionTEq provides

The field technician's task or problem can be easily presented
to the expert through indicative arrows, flashing signs and
text. Both parties can easily share PDF, JPG and other objects
through the drag-and-drop function. The device is designed
to enable aviation organizations to share knowledge remotely
while conducting aircraft maintenance, repair, inspection and
training via augmented reality and virtual reality technologies.
It's no secret to anyone in the aviation industry or its
avionics segment that related processes can be error-prone,
time-consuming and sometimes risk-laden. " The Avvsight
platform can be used to guide each step of work on-site, it
can provide a lot of information for maintenance personnel
in real time, considerably simplifies the work difficulty

Some of the applications for which the Avvsight is suited
include remote support via video calling with a colleague
or remote expert, document collaboration, annotations
and technical support. The platform allows technicians
to access specification sheets, operations manuals,
calibration certificates, reference materials, forms and other
documentation.
