Knowledgeable and experienced plot leaders from several companies led adjusters through field exercises on vegetative and reproductive stage damage on those crops. (See Beresford.) The Minnesota Regional/State Committee held its annual loss adjuster schools at the Southwest Research and Outreach Center in Lamberton. New adjusters attended the first day where they were given hands-on opportunities to adjust losses on corn, dry edible beans, soybeans, and wheat. Crop plots had both the vegetative and reproductive stages for these crops. The next day, more experienced adjusters joined the group and training focused on those same crops. (See Lamberton.)
