Frisette wears plain white stockings with her soft leather ankle boots that lace up the front. One thin leather sole on the right boot is marked with the "Alart Lady" sole stamp. As for that boxed set of patterns for a Frisette doll, there had been a fabric kit for each of the twelve patterns and most had been made up into a garment from these kits. There are three missing fabric kits, one for the Culotte, one for the Chemise de Jour and one for the Robe de Campagne (country dress). Perhaps the Frisette doll, that the child owned, still wears her undergarments and a favorite dress? Frisette's 1920s-style cloche bonnet is adorned with a beautiful loop of pink and green silk buds and bows trim loops on the top of the satin brim. DOLL NEWS * UFDC.ORG 35http://www.UFDC.ORG
