Texas
Debbie has been active in club
and regional activities for many
years. She has represented UFDC at
regional meetings and has attended
multiple national conventions since 1995. On the local
level she has been Librarian and committee Chairman.
Those familiar with Debbie say that she has outstanding
knowledge of dolls and their costuming and that she
shares her knowledge with others with enthusiasm and
whenever the opportunity arises. She is described as
being organized, encouraging and nurturing. Debbie is
a soon to be retired School Nurse and she looks forward
to being able to devote her time and efforts to being
Regional Director.

Sheri is also a member of Lady
Baltimore Doll Study Club, Dollology
Club of Washington, D.C., and Best
Friends Forever BJD Club. She has
been very active on the local level with
multiple terms as president, vice president and serving on
multiple committees. She has also served as a committee
chair at the regional level. Sheri's national level experience
includes Judge (since 2017), Workshop presenter, Clerk,
Monitor, Teller and Dynamic Doll Dialogue presenter.
She has attended 13 national conventions and has been a
lecturer on multiple doll related topics, done doll research,
worked in libraries, museums, exhibits and doll shows.
She makes and restores dolls and does Barbie restorations.
Sheri also dedicates time to working for animal
shelters and has been a Scout leader. Sheri has received
enthusiastic support from members in her region and is
described as being an experienced leader, an excellent
communicator, has a positive outlook and is dedicated to
UFDC and the doll world.

Sheri Kaplan

Glenda Ridgeway

Cherished Doll Club of Topeka
Glenda has been a doll club
member since 1986 and has served
on the local level as president,
vice president, secretary and on
committees. On the national level
she has been a Judge since 2011, and has served as
Chair of Tellers, Credentials Clerk and Competitive
Room Clerk. Glenda's workshop at the 2019 Nashville
convention was selected to be videoed. She has been
making and repairing dolls since 1983 and is a member
of the Doll Artisan Guild. Glenda has gotten many
letters of enthusiastic support from several clubs in
her region. Glenda has worked for many years in the
corporate world as an executive assistant, in human
resources, marketing, merchandise, real estate and
finance but currently devotes all of her time to the doll
world. Glenda has attended 14 national conventions
and looks forward to being available to local clubs and
providing positive promotion of UFDC.

Reba Hood

Doll-licious Doll Club of Michigan
Reba has been a member of UFDC
for the past 5 years (attending the
national convention 5 times) and
states that during that time she has
gained many new friends and a
wealth of knowledge. Reba collects
fashion dolls with wardrobes, and vintage and modern
dolls are a main focus. Reba has been active in her
local club and on the regional level Chaired the 2018
Regional Conference in Frankenmuth, Michigan. On the
national level Reba has been the Chairman of Monitors
(2018-2020) and was a seminar presenter (2018). She was
born and raised in the small enclave of Highland Park,
Michigan and her professional background is in Human
Resources. Reba is described as having an enthusiastic
style and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
