hether you are looking for a taste
of something sweet to pair with
your coffee, a hearty meal of
bacon, eggs, and hash browns, or
something in between, El Dorado's
breakfast scene has several options to hit the spot.

El Dorado's most famous icons is the Spudnut  our
one-of-a-kind donut' made from potato our. Best
enjoyed warm and dripping with icing, it's hard to
stop at just one. Also tempting are the donuts and
other appetizing breakfast bites available at Shipley's,
ummy's, and Tasty Donuts.
Off the Rail Café, located in a historic train car in
Corinne Court, is the perfect spot to enjoy shrimp
and grits, avocado toast, biscuits and chocolate gravy,
stuffed French toast, or eggs benedict  just to name a
few of their delicious dishes.
Johnny B's Grill, with its hometown diner vibe,
serves up excellent bacon, eggs, and all the fixins' in
addition to delightful Belgian waes and pancakes.
T-Models may look like just a gas station, but inside
you will find scrumptious food hidden in this spot.
Their breakfast features buttery waes coated in
syrup, delicious cinnamon rolls, and classic breakfast
options, which are available all day long.
MuleKick @ MAD serves a delicious brunch menu
on Sundays. The plate-sized pancakes are some of
the uest around, and their French toast options
abound. Chicken and waes, omelets, and crawfish
and grits are also outstanding options.
A crispy waffle with a side of sausage
or bacon from T-Model's is a great
jumpstart to your morning
f you're looking for something to grab and go, stop
by PJ's Coffee and pick up a cup of primo java with one
of their delicious fresh-baked pastries or drive through
Ziggi's Coffee for your favorite morning treat and
breakfast sandwiches.
