COMPASSION, INTEGRITY AND TRUST
As an El Dorado native, this is home for me and my family. The atmosphere, friendly
people, and down-home hospitality just won't let me get away. I have an extensive
background in finance which allows me to better analyze, negotiate, and successfully
close deals for my clients - whether buying, selling, or investing. I understand
the value and trust my clients place in me while making one of their biggest financial
decisions. The foundation of my business is compassion, integrity, and trust. I
strive to add value to each client I encounter while working hard to ensure my clients
have an exceptional experience from beginning to end. There is nothing more
rewarding than helping others reach their real estate dreams and goals.
GETTING TO KNOW ERIN:
School Years: I attended Hugh Goodwin, Washington, Barton and
El Dorado High School. I participated in several extracurricular activities
such as Student Counsel, Young Democrats, Steering Committee, and
my favorite, Upward Bound. I was awarded many opportunities through
this program including a leadership conference in Washington D.C., and
the Presidential inauguration in 2008.
After High School: I attended college at Southern Arkansas University
in Magnolia where I earned a B.B.A. in finance, and a Master's in
Business Administration within four years.
Favorite childhood memories: My favorite time of year has always been
the fall. I absolutely loved going to the fair on those crisp fall nights.
My family includes: My husband, Dacovis, and our two children Ariana
and Zion.
When I'm not working: I travel. I love exploring different places and
experiencing different things.
Best advice I ever received: 1. Don't take stuff personal. Nothing that
other people do is because of you; it's for themselves. 2. Never work for
money, always work for skills. The money will follow.
Who has been the strongest influence in your life? Definitely my
mother. She has always been hard working, kind, and supportive, and she
instilled those same values in me and my siblings. If it had not been for
her and all her sacrifices, I certainly wouldn't be where I am today.
Word or phrase that best describes you: Everything is 'figureoutable'
GETTING TO KNOW REAL ESTATE:
How did you know this is what you wanted to do? Prior to real
estate, I worked in corporate accounting. Even though I enjoyed the
work, I wasn't fulfilled. I felt like my work didn't have purpose. After I sold
my first home, I literally felt the joy of my client as she broke generational
barriers to become a homeowner. It was in that moment that I knew God
had more in store for me.
First time buyers should always: Consult with a qualified professional
first. Whether it's the Lender or the Realtor, either will be able to give you
a clear picture of what needs to be done prior to buying. Then, of course,
