Ratko Magjarevic´ (ratko.magjarevic@fer.hr) is a Professor
teaching several courses in electronic instrumentation and
biomedical engineering studies in the Department of Electronic Systems and Information Processing at the University
of Zagreb, Croatia. He received the Ph.D. degree in electrical
engineering in 1994 from the same university. His scientific

Damijan Miklavcˇicˇ (Damijan.Miklavcic@fe.uni-lj.si) is a Professor with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of
Ljubljana, Slovenia where he is also the Head of the Laboratory
of Biocybernetics. He received his Ph.D. degree in electrical
engineering from the same university in 1993. His current research interests include electroporation-based treatments and
therapies, including cancer treatment by means of electrochemotherapy, cardiac ablation, biological experimentation,
numerical modeling of biological processes and hardware
development.
