Giada Giorgi (giada@dei.unipd.it) is currently an Associate
Professor in instrumentation and measurement with the Department of Information Engineering, University of Padova,
Italy. She received the Laurea degree in telecommunication
engineering and the Ph.D. degree in microelectronics and
telecommunications engineering from the University of Padova, Italy, in 2003 and 2007, respectively. Her current research
interests include the development of signal processing applications in measurement and distributed systems, in particular
wireless sensor and actuator networks, wireless body sensor
networks and smartphones.

Claudio Narduzzi is currently a Full Professor in instrumentation and measurement with the Engineering School,
University of Padova, Italy, where he received the Laurea degree in electronics engineering in 1982. His current research
interests include digital signal processing applications in measurement and distributed test and measurement systems,
spectral analysis, inverse filtering, networked measurement
systems, the application of advances signal processing methods and compressive sampling.
