of these segments were labeled
manually and spot

decided by voting. The labels werealso confirmed through
spot checks by cardiologists.
Test Data: China Physiological Signal Challenge
2020 Database
In the China Physiological Signal Challenge 2020 (CPSC 2020),
an ECG database containing long-term noisy ECG recordings
from 10 clinical arrhythmia patients were provided [37]. The
ECGs were 24-hour dynamic lead II ECG recordings with abnormal
rhythm waveforms and were collected with a sample
frequency of 400 Hz. To verify the interaction between abnormal
heartbeat and signal quality, we selected these 24-hour
ECG signals in CPSC 2020 to test the trained model. The ECG
data in CSPC 2020 were recordings with long-term continuous
Results
In this paper, we propose
a deep learning-based
signal quality classification
model and trained on
wearable ECG segments collected from 20 patients with 10fold
cross validation method. To test the performance of the
proposed model, we designed a noise stress test and tested
the model on the CPSC 2020 data. The test results of ECG segments
with different rhythms in CPSC 2020 were also counted
to verify the model's capability on ECG segments with different
arrhythmias.
Classification Results of Discrete Segments
The verification data maintained a balanced amount for the
different categories, and the total number of ECG segments
for each category was 300. The average accuracy of the 10fold
cross-validation was 90.12% with a standard deviation of
1.01%. The F1-score of the 10-fold cross-validation was 90.63%.
