different arrhythmias in the same segment. The classification
accuracy rate of the model on 87,888 ECG segments was
92.31%, and the classification accuracy rate of the 41,742 arrhythmia
ECG segments was 92.88%.
Classification Results of Long-term ECG Data
To show the model's signal quality classification stability on
long-term ECG data we use as a case study the classification
results of ECG data for patients 02 and 04. The ECG data of patient
02 was a recording of long-term continuous AF. The ECG
of patient 04 was a recording with PVC, and there were also
some special arrhythmias in the ECG such as bigeminy PVC,
trigeminy PVC, etc. Fig. 5a and Fig. 6a show the one-hour
ECG recording and the signal quality result marked manually,
while Fig. 5b and Fig. 6b show the signal quality result
predicted by the proposed model. The red-marked ECG episodes
indicate that these segments had poor signal quality, the
episodes marked in black indicate that these segments had medium
signal quality, and the episodes marked in blue indicate
that these segments had good signal quality.
For the 1-hour ECG data of patient 04, 350 of the 360 segments
had signal quality classified by the proposed model

that agreed with the manually labeled signals. There were
255 of 256 segments with good signal quality that were classified
correctly. The longest duration of ECG maintains
good signal quality up to 5 minutes, and these segments
were correctly classified. For patient 02, there were 328 of
360 segments where the signal quality classified by the proposed
model agreed with the manually labeled signals. The
longest duration of ECG maintains medium signal quality
up to 5.8 minutes, and these segments were correctly
classified.
Discussion
Model's Evaluation of Noise Content
In this study, we used a noise test to verify whether the proposed
model has serious overfitting and the determine the
sensitivity of the proposed model to different types of noise. As
the SNR decreases, the classification result changes smoothly
and is consistent with the fact that the signal quality gradually
decreases as the SNR decreases. These data were all from the
training set, and the classification result changes show that the
model can identify the noise content in the signal, rather than
