Markus Neumayer (neumayer@tugraz.at) is a Senior Scientist
with the Institute of Electrical Measurement and Sensor Systems
at the Graz University of Technology (TU Graz), Austria
where he is involved in instrumentation and measurement
and signal processing. In his research work he focuses on the
development of measurement systems for applications with
harsh environmental conditions. He received his Dipl.-Ing.
and Dr.techn. degrees in electrical engineering from TU Graz
in 2008 and 2011, respectively.
Thomas Bretterklieber (thomas.bretterklieber@tugraz.at) is
a Senior Scientist with the Institute of Electrical Measurement
and Sensor Systems at Graz University of Technology,
Graz, Austria, where he received his Dipl.-Ing. and Dr.techn.
degrees in electrical engineering. His research is focused on
the design and optimization of industrial measurement systems.
He received the Dipl.-Ing. degree in telematics and the
Dr.techn. degree in electrical engineering from the Graz University
of Technology (TU Graz), Graz, Austria, in 2001 and
2008, respectively. He is a member of IEEE and Co-chair of
the IMS TC-20.
Hannes Wegleiter (wegleiter@tugraz.at) is Associate Professor
at the Graz University of Technology, Graz, Austria, where
he received Dipl.-Ing. and Dr.techn. degrees in electrical engineering
in 2004 and 2006, respectively. Since 2021, he is also
Head of the Christian Doppler Laboratory for " Measurement
Systems for Harsh Operating Conditions, " and his research
focuses on the development of measurement systems for applications
in harsh environmental conditions. In 2010, he
established the " Energy Aware Measurement Systems " group
and subsequently completed several months-long research
stays at the Technical University of Berlin and the California
State University Long Beach.
