be placed in the water for a long time to measure the sediment
in the river channel. The sediment collector acquires the sensor
data in real time according to the configured sampling time
and uploads the data to the server management system to realize
the real-time online sediment measurement.
The framework diagram of the sand content online measurement
equipment is shown in Fig. 4. The sand content
collector can collect four channels of different water layer sand
content data in real time. After the four-channel sand content
sensor is placed in the water, when there are particles flowing
through the sensing window, the 850 nm NIR short-wave laser
diode is irradiated on the particles, and its scattered light
can be received by the photoelectric receiving element in the
sensor when the emission angle between the particles and the
diode is in the range of 135°. The received weak uA signal is
first initially amplified and converted to a voltage signal by
an I/V conversion circuit and then filtered out of the low frequency
signal by a filter detector circuit.
The filtered signal is passed through an oscillation circuit
to avoid the effect of amplification circuit caused by distortion
error and output drift on the effective signal. Then the
