Zaimin He (hezaimin@xupt.edu.cn) is a Professor at the School
of Communications and Information Engineering and School
of Artificial Intelligence, Xi'an University of Posts and Telecommunications,

and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Chinese Academy
of Sciences in 2008 and 2012, respectively. His main research
fields are in radio positioning, timing, and communication.
Lan Li (lilan@stu.xupt.edu.cn) is a graduate student at the
School of Communications and Information Engineering
and School of Artificial Intelligence, Xi'an University of
Posts and Telecommunications, Xi'an, Shaanxi, China. Her
main research fields are high precision positioning and time
transfer.
Runzhi Zhang (zhangrunzhi@ntsc.ac.cn) is currently working
toward an M.S. degree in communication and information system
with National Time Service Center, Chinese Academy of
Sciences, Xi'an, China. His main research fields are time transfer
and high precision positioning. He received a B.E. degree in
electronic information engineering from Yanshan University,
Qinhuangdao, China in 2020.
Juan Hou (hhoujuan@126.com) is an Engineer at Xi'an University
of Posts and Telecommunications, Xi'an, Shaanxi, China.
She received the M.S. degree from the University of Chinese
Academy of Sciences in 2012. Her main research fields are in
timekeeping techniques and the performance of atomic clocks.
Gongwei Xiao (xiaogongwei@xupt.edu.cn) is a Lecturer with
the Xi'an University of Posts and Telecommunications, Xi'an,
Shaanxi, China. His current research mainly focuses on multiGNSS
PPP, real-time precise orbit determination for LEO
satellites and tropospheric delay. He received the M.S. degree
from the College of Geodesy and Geomatics, Shandong
University of Science and Technology in 2018 and received
the Ph.D. degree from State Key Laboratory of Geodesy and
Earth Dynamics, Innovation Academy for Precision Measurement
Science and Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences
in 2021.
Wei Guang (weiguang@foxmail.com) is a Lecturer at the
School of Communications and Information Engineering and
School of Artificial Intelligence, Xi'an University of Posts and
Telecommunications, Xi'an, Shaanxi, China. He received the
M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from University of Chinese Academy
of Sciences in 2012 and 2019, respectively. His main research
field is high performance time transfer.
Jihai Zhang (zhangntsc@126.com) is a Research Associate at
the National Time Service Center of Chinese Academy of Sciences,
Xi'an, Shaanxi, China. He received the M.S. degree in
2014 from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
Now he is a Ph.D. student at the University of Chinese Academy
of Sciences. His main research fields are high precision
time transfer and GNSS time difference monitoring.
Xiangyi He (hexiangyiii@163.com) is a graduate student at
the School of Communications and Information Engineering
and School of Artificial Intelligence, Xi'an University of Posts
and Telecommunications, Xi'an, Shaanxi, China. Her main
research fields are in GNSS, troposphere.
