TREATMENT PLAN

The patient and parents were presented the
treatment options and reviewed the risks and
benefits of each one. After careful consideration,
they agreed upon treatment option #1.
Because temporary anchorage devices were to be used,
the risks and benefits of this procedure were reviewed.
In addition, the possibility of early extraction of the maxillary right third molar was discussed as a possibility if it
restricted distalization of the right buccal segment.
