Cephalometric tracing reveals a skeletal Class I relationship (ANB = 1.8°, SNA = 80.3°, SNB = 78.5°). Vertical skeletal relationships are within normal limits (FMA = 23.7°). Lower incisor inclination is within normal limits (IMPA = 88.6°), with upper incisors slightly proclined (U1-OP = 67.6°). The 36 Norm nasolabial angle is elevated, contributing to a thin upper lip (Table 1 and Figure 4). Initial TMJ tomographic rendering reveals that the right condylar shape is within normal limits with continuous cortical lining. However, the glenoid fossae are high-arching bilaterally, and the PCSO Bulletin Summer 2019
