Final intraoral photos showing teeth crowding resolved and improved profile was treated with Invisalign clear aligners and high-frequency vibration, with the objective of improving her profile and addressing her concerns about her incompetent lips. Her Invisalign treatment included 40 aligners. She changed aligners every five days while using the high-frequency vibration device (V pro5). Treatment was finished in six months, and the patient was satisfied with the treatment results. Final records showed that the initial crowding was resolved and her profile was improved (Figure 4). Tracing superimposition showed that her mandible rotated forward due to posterior teeth intrusion, and her chin projection was improved (Figure 5). Micro-osteoperforation Micro-osteoperforation (MOP) of the alveolar bone around teeth to enable faster movement was introduced by Alikhani et al.15 as a substitute for the invasive corticotomy proposed by Wilckodontics.16 MOP's mechanism of action is to stimulate the body's own cytokine expression that enhances bone remodeling.17 It is the least Summer 2019 PCSO Bulletin Figure 5.
