Case Report Treatment Results Significant functional and esthetic improvement was achieved in 32 months (Table 2). Maxillary dentition was moved forward, creating a positive overjet after maxillary incisor proclination and lower incisor retroclination. Class I canine relationships were obtained, and crowding on both arches was eliminated. Intermolar widths were largely maintained as the lower second molars' buccal-lingual inclination was maintained for transverse camouflage. The lower intercanine width was decreased by 2.4 mm because of the lingual rolling of the canines as a result of the long-term Class III elastic use (Figures 8 and 9). The mandibular second molars extruded as they were uprighted. This led to the opening of the mandibular plane angle that also helped in the Class III camouflage (Figures 10 and 11).
