met while on staff as counselors.
Michael is in private practice in Scottsdale, Arizona, as a partner at Affiliated Pediatric Dentistry
and Orthodontics. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and a member of the
College of Diplomates of the American Board of
Orthodontics. Michael and his wife, Alison, have
been married for 21 incredible years. They have
three children: Nora (16), Sadie (14), and Josh (11).
He loves traveling, wine, football, Star Wars, and
family time!
Comments from Dr. Feinberg on Receiving the
2020 PCSO Rising Stars Award
It is an honor to be recognized by my peers with
this award. Many of my friends who don't engage
with their professional organizations think I'm
crazy for all of the time I spend locally and out
of town with my volunteer work. I always tell
them that I get so much more than I give. I am
grateful for being able to interact with and move
our organization forward with such a dedicated,
talented, and passionate group of people. I am
also grateful for the mentorship I have received
from our respectful, inclusive, and progressive
leadership. It has been a privilege to serve alongside them. In addition, I am grateful to the PCSO
Board of Directors for placing trust in me early on
with my appointment to the Board of Directors
of the AAOPAC. It is an honor to represent our
association on the national level with the trust
and support of this esteemed group.

being an incredible mentor in practice, professionalism, and volunteerism. And a huge thank
you to all of my partners at Affiliated Pediatric
Dentistry and Orthodontics for being understanding with my schedule so I can attend meetings
and make my contributions to organized dentistry and orthodontics.
Most importantly, I need to thank my amazing
family. My wife, Alison, who currently sits on four
organizational boards herself, is also my best
friend and mentor. She lives and breathes volunteerism. With three extremely active and involved
kids and two parents like us, meetings and travel
can be challenging. I am grateful for her patience
and organizational skills that allow our crazy
schedules to work. I am grateful to my kids for
understanding why I might miss a choir performance here or there, why I might not be able to
build Legos every weekend, and why I have to be
on a conference call during dinner on occasion. I
am lucky to have all of them!

I have been extremely lucky in my professional
career to have crossed paths with, become friends
with, and to partner in business with some of the
best people out there. Thank you to Norm Nagel,
who pushed me along to take on more leadership
roles. Thank you to Paul Kasrovi for steering me
in the direction of PCSO volunteerism. Thank you
to the PCSO Board of Directors and leadership for
