TCTM's CAMT Board Representatives
CAMT 2021 Overview
* Cheryl Kerr, Alvin ISD, was the Program Chair for CAMT 2021: Be The Solution, which was held virtually due to
the pandemic.
* Online content is provided to registrants through May 2022.
* TCTM facilitates five different monthly online learning communities providing new sessions every second
Wednesday of the month.
* Registration for the virtual event ended on November 30, 2021.
* 2,315 registrants participated in the conference.
* CAMT continues to provide extended learning opportunities to its members. Facebook pages for the three
different grade bands have been created and members added.
CAMT 2022 - The Reunion Tour: Rocking Mathematics
* Brandi Simmons, Boerne ISD, is the Program Chair for CAMT 2022 in San Antonio.
* CAMT 2022 is scheduled to be held in person July 13-15 with a few live sessions via Zoom during the conference
and post-produced recorded content to be launched virtually later in the summer.
CAMT 2023 Preview
* CAMT 2023 is scheduled to be held June 26-28 in Fort Worth at the Convention Center and Omni Hotel.
* Martin Cardenas is the Program Chair for CAMT 2023.
Future CAMT Dates/Cities
* July 15-17, 2024, in Houston
* 2025 in San Antonio
* 2026 in Dallas
* 2027 in Houston

Can you find mathematics in the real world? If so, capture real world mathematics problems by taking
pictures and sending them to tctmeditor@gmail.com. Submit 3-5 mathematics problems connected to your
pictures and you will have the opportunity for your pictures to appear on the cover of the Texas Mathematics
Teacher journal. All pictures should be saved as a jpg.
