TCTM's CAMT Board Representatives
CAMT 2022 Information
* The theme was, " The Reunion Tour: Rocking Mathematics. "
* Brandi Simpson, Boerne ISD, was the Program Chair for CAMT 2022.
* The in-person conference with synchronous online sessions was held July 13-15 in San Antonio at the Henry B.
González Convention Center.
* Recorded content remains available to participants through December 2022, including content to earn your 6 hour
update for GT brought to us from the Texas Association for the Gifted and Talented (TAGT).
CAMT 2023 Information
* This year's theme will be, " Let's Talk Math. " Join us for meaningful discourse!
* Martin Cardenas, Grand Prairie ISD, is the Program Chair for CAMT 2023.
* The conference is scheduled to take place June 26-28, 2023, at the Fort Worth Convention Center and Omni Hotel in
Fort Worth.
* We anticipate registration will open in the early months of 2023.
* Speaker proposals will be accepted in early Fall 2022. See the CAMT website for more details.
TCTM Membership and CAMT Registration
We are so pleased to announce that you will have two ways to join TCTM and have membership throughout the
2022-2023 school year! With your CAMT 2022 registration fee, you can receive complimentary membership to TCTM
for the following school year due to CAMT's Bylaws that state, " 5.01 Finances. ...All proceeds from the conference shall
be deposited in the CAMT account with the following exceptions: donation to TCTM of $10 per registrant (excluding
speakers, Leadership Conference attendees, and pre-service teachers) who does not opt out of TCTM membership... " .
